Welcome to Alkhaleej Creating an account is free. Go to our site Alkhaleej and click "Registration". Fill in all details and click submit. Go to log in and book your tickets. 

 What are the benefits of becoming a registered member of Alkhaleej?

As a registered member of Alkhaleej, you will be entitled to savings and benefits on airfares, railway reservations, hotel booking, and holiday packages. In addition, you are eligible for monthly codes and offers.

Updating email and mobile number

With Alkhaleej you can update your email and phone number. Go to Alkhaleej click Login click Menu bar click Profile, you can edit the changes and mail us on our email address at www.Alkhaleej.com

How can I reset my Password?

With Alkhaleej you can reset your password. Go to Alkhaleej.com click Login click Menu bar click Profile, you can edit the changes and mail us on our email address at www.Alkhaleej.com

Where can I check my refund status?

You can check the status of your refund in ‘’ Ledger” section

Can I get a same-day refund?

Yes, you will get a refund on the same day.

Can I pay by cash?

No, you can only pay by debit card, credit card, net banking, Paytm, and other wallets.

Can I make part payment?

No

Can I pay for two different credit cards?

Yes, you can pay with two different credit cards.

Cancellation and Refund

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, simply follow the steps below.

1. go to our website

2. click on the menu bar

3. click on flights

4. enter the Alkhaleejbooking PNR and the contact number used at that time of making the booking.

5. You can choose to cancel your booking.

6. Please review the cancellation penalty and refund amount before you confirm to cancel the booking.

7. The refund amount (if any) would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.

What are the cancellation policy charges?

As per the airline and Alkhaleejservice charges.

I am unable to cancel my domestic air travel ticket online. what should I do?

How will my hotel booking be confirmed?

For all hotel bookings made on the website, you will receive a confirmation number via the e-mail id shared at the time of making the booking.

How many days prior to the journey should I book the hotel?

There is no specific date, however, it is advisable to book your hotel well in advance to procure hotel reservations and get the best available rates.

What if I want to search for the hotel for the next day or check availability for the next day?

You can search by choosing the relevant date from the 'Modify Your Search' section.

How do I know which rooms are available?

The room category which is available will have the Book option against them.

How do I get a visa?

All countries that you wish to visit require an advance application for visas. This involves filing your application at the embassy or consulate of the country. Several documents are required to accompany your application. Also, the respective consulates may call you for a personal interview, fingerprinting procedures, or to furnish additional documentation in select cases. Alkhaleej tours do not provide any assistance regarding VISA and we will highly recommend that you check VISA formalities with your embassy and airline and arrange VISA for all the countries listed in your itinerary. You may require a transit VISA for transiting a few countries/airports listed in your itinerary.

Do I need to reconfirm my flight?

For domestic airlines, you need not reconfirm your flights. Some international airlines do require passengers to call and reconfirm their flights a certain number of days/hours prior to departure. In this case, if the airline does not receive re-confirmation from the passenger, the reservation may be canceled. If you are traveling on an airline that requires reconfirmation, we recommend that you call the airline to find out how far in advance you must reconfirm and any other applicable requirements the airline might have. It is usually 72 hours before departure. We also strongly recommend that you re-confirm your flight's departure time and terminal at least 24 hours before departure. This is to ensure that you are aware of your current schedule as airlines do sometimes change flight numbers, departure/arrival times, as well as terminal. Reconfirmation is done by calling the airlines directly. We will not be liable if your flights were canceled by the airlines due to failure to reconfirm.
